Upon the occurrence of side effects stop taking the medicine immediately and consult your doctor. Possible side effects include:      Changes in sex drive, dry mouth, exaggerated feelings of depression or elation, headache, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, high blood pressure, hives, impotence, inability to fall or stay asleep, restlessness, stomach or intestinal problems, throbbing heartbeat, tremors, unpleasant taste, increased heart rate, and overstimulation.
